Gentle staff at the newly renovated hotel. Impressed with the low-cost breakfast. - Amazing location, approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from an ornate footbridge. - Really enjoyable stay in a very nice local area.

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet and the manager Giuseppe is very friendly, very helpful in terms of giving good tips on Venice. I strongly recommend this hotel. I know where to go the next time I visit Venise.

Dedicated staff and good location, this hotel is perfect. The units are airy, neat with a shower, large openable windows, spacious bathrooms. Overall cheap food, plus there is Marciano Pub close by.

Stayed here for 1 night and the place was spot on! It was pretty clean and had a great location in the Canareggio neighborhood, which was awesome 👍.

Our door was hard to open TV didnt work at all Couldnt use my hair dryer as it would blow the fuse :/

Great location close to the city center and main tourist area. I enjoyed grabbing some drinks just a short walk away at A la Vecia Papussa, only 300 meters from here! 🥂

Big, clean room, with a view over a little waterway. Very friendly staff (Ricardo & his dad), who were very friendly, offered us restaurant recommendations that were right on the money (Ristorante Bentigodi), and provided us with a basic map with easy directions to major sites. Breakfast was very basic - just rollls (but really good bakery-fresh rolls) and butter & jam, with a cappucino. But we didn't really need much more than that. =)

Still don't understand why they make you check in at another hotel, 15 minutes away (walking).

The staff here are friendly and committed, the rooms have been recently renovated with air conditioning, and the food is reasonably priced.

Price, location

A little bit difficult to find, a panel at the entrance with its name on it, would be great.

Once you have found AR and orientate yourself you realise how well located it is, especially for the Vaparetto and places to eat. Saying this the rooms are very quiet and there is no traffic noise as you would get in other major city break destinations.

Picking up keys from associated hotel was a pain. Beds could have been more comfortable.

Spacious room recently redone including a big bathroom. Also has air conditioning and cozy heating! 🛏️

We loved the location of the hotel, nestled in a quiet part of Venice away from the bustling crowds. The local bars and restaurants on the same street provided a great dining experience. The recently renovated bathroom was a pleasant surprise, exceeding our expectations. Additionally, the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable experience in Venice.
